Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access our website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for commercial purposes or public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on our website
• Remove copyright or proprietary notations from the materials

Project Terms and Payment

Project Scope

All projects begin with a detailed scope document outlining deliverables, timelines, and costs. Changes to project scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Final payment due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices quoted in GBP unless otherwise specified

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to final deliverables created specifically for their project. Trincrinvi retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing necessary content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensuring all provided content is legally owned or properly licensed
• Reviewing and approving project milestones within agreed timeframes
• Communicating any concerns or changes promptly

Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major changes to project requirements after commencement may require a new project agreement.

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on agreed scope and client cooperation. Delays in client feedback or content provision may extend delivery dates accordingly. We strive to meet all agreed deadlines and will communicate promptly if any delays are anticipated.

Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled by either party with written notice. In case of cancellation, clients are responsible for payment of work completed to the point of cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where Trincrinvi is unable to deliver agreed services.

Disclaimer

The materials on Trincrinvi's website and our services are provided on an 'as is' basis. Trincrinvi makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

Limitations

In no event shall Trincrinvi or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
